DATA HANDLING PRACTICES

Six Ways We Protect What You Share

Every layer of your account — from the moment you enter your UPI handle to the moment a withdrawal clears — passes through security controls we maintain on an ongoing basis.

Encrypted Payment Data

Your UPI, Paytm and PhonePe details are encrypted in transit and at rest using current transport-layer standards. We never store your full payment credential on our servers; only tokenised references are retained for reconciliation.

Cookie Controls

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand which pages you visit. You can adjust cookie preferences at any time through the cookie banner or the Privacy section of your account settings.

Account Security Checks

Two-step verification is available for every x300 account and we strongly recommend enabling it. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an email alert to your registered address before access is granted.

Data Retention Schedule

Active account data is kept for the duration of your account. If you close your account, transaction records required under Indian financial regulations are retained for the legally mandated period, then deleted or anonymised.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your data only with the payment processors needed to clear a transaction, and with regulators when legally required. No marketing partner, advertiser or analytics broker receives personally identifiable information from your x300 account.

Your Right to Request Changes

You may request a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct inaccurate records, or request deletion where no legal obligation requires us to retain it. Submit requests via email, live chat or the in-account settings panel described above.
