These terms apply to anyone who opens or uses an account on x300.run where local law permits. Accessing the platform from a region where online gaming is restricted by local law means you are not eligible to hold an account, and any account opened in such circumstances may be closed.

An account in good standing is one where all provided details are accurate, no terms have been breached, there are no unresolved disputes, and all previous transactions have cleared without reversal or chargeback. Only accounts in good standing are eligible for withdrawals to PhonePe, Paytm or UPI.
